Studied media technology. Founded his own studio. Award winning filmmaker and photographer. He loves giving form to ideas as much as he love exploring the rivers and the mountains.

She is a doctor, child and adolescent psychiatrist, actress, and mother. Works with babies, children, and teenagers and is familiar with their tummy aches, soul pains, and princess dreams. Listening to and supporting young people as independent individuals.

She comes from Para Sport Management organizing international Para Sport Events. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Industrial Relations and travels the world as a flight attendant. Intercultural communication and reconciliation are always on her target list wherever she goes.

Studied philosophy, politics and economics, as well as ethics and organization (M.A.) and is a certified business mediator. The current crises and conflicts make us aware of the importance of reliable relationships between states, generations and people.

After studing international politics, peace activism and youth empowerment. Her core missions for changing the world are to bring merge existing structures and new impulses in an environment which values playfulness and vulnerablity as two major tools of change.

Art historian and museum director with the deep conviction that artistic and childlike thinking can have a transformative power on the present and the future. Preserve the childlike curiosity and light-heartedness for adults as well.

WCF Programme - Early Childhood

Being a parent is one big transformative journey topping all the training in the world; as a Waldorf Kindergarten Teacher I supported children grow in many different settings, I also enjoyed doing qualitative practice research for an M.A. in Education looking at our governance structures in schools. The world needs to know who a child is, how different from an adult- in order to give childhood its sacred chance to grow human beings out of human seedlings.

Design, art and exhibitions are her passion. As a graphic designer, she worked in big agencies. Since the birth of her three children, she has been self-employed. „Only those who grow up and remain a child are human.“ She believes that the quote by Erich Kästner needs to be shouted into the world.

Susanna Pinnow

Communication Strategy

Susanna Pinnow is a strategist and has always been a designer – in word and image. She creates brands and puts visions into form. In her role as strategist, she has been accompanying the WCF since almost the first minute.

Music, local and regional connector

Werner Pommerenke runs Svedlanda, a place of encounters, near Bullerbü/Sweden, makes music, is an entrepreneur and has built playgrounds for many years. He loves making connections and linking people through shared ideas.
